My Story

Real estate was always the plan. I just took the long way here.

I grew up in Fort McMurray and moved to Calgary in 2011. Before real estate, I built houses for years, then spent years downtown with Suncor in oil and gas. The whole time, this was the industry I wanted to be in. Five years ago I stopped waiting and made the move.

The years on job sites still shape how I work. I know how a house goes together, what a renovation really costs, and which problems matter. When I walk a home with you, you get a builder's eye as well as an agent's.

I'm analytical by nature, and problems are where I do my best work. Before I give you a number, I've taken apart every comparable sale: what it sold for, what it was up against, how long it took, and what the wider market was doing at the time and where it's heading. The assessment you get from me is honest because it's built on all of that, not on a feeling about the market.

That's also where the off-market work came from. Early on in the luxury market I kept meeting the same problem: a client who would buy tomorrow if the right house existed, and it wasn't on the market. So I started finding the homeowners who were in the same position, connecting the dots, and setting up private showings. Many of my clients now own homes that were never available to anyone else.

On the selling side, I've built my own marketing systems using AI. They put your home in front of more of the right buyers than a standard listing does, and that reach is how my sellers get more for their homes.

Outside of work, I compete in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and the rest of my time goes to my fiancé and my dog.
